Cottage Cheese Keto Taco Pie Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning - split

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Cook meat in skillet, then half taco seasoning once cooked, and do NOT add water

  • Mix remaining taco seasoning, eggs, salsa, and cottage cheese in a bowl

  • Add mixture to greased glass pie pan

  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

  • Cook in oven for 45 minutes

  • You can add guac, sour cream, Greek yogurt for a fun topping!!!!
