5 Ingredient ButterNUT Squash
5 Ingredients
4 ounces softened cream cheese
2 slices of cooked bacon - crumble
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 bag of fresh spinach
1 Butternut Squash
Directions
Cut Butternut Squash length wise and scrape out guts
Brush inside of Butternut Squash with olive oil
Sprinkle Butternut Squash with salt and pepper
Roast Butternut Squash in oven at 400F for 40 minutes
Sautee spinach in sauce pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Combine bacon, parmesan cheese, cream cheese with your spinach and mix well
Scoop out a little bit of the Butternut Squash so there is room for the filling
Add the spinach mixture
Roast Butternut Squash in oven at 400F for an additional 15 minutes
