43 G Protein Creamy Tomato Shrimp Pasta Ingredients - 4 Servings
8 oz feta cheese block
8 oz Banza spaghetti
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bag 6oz fresh spinach
1 lb cooked peeled and deveined tail off shrimp (you can purchase this in the freezer section at your local grocery store - let thaw in the fridge overnight)
10 oz container cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Place feta in the center of baking dish
Add tomatoes around the feta
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil
Bake in oven for 30 minutes, and broil for the last 5 minutes
Mix feta and tomatoes together once cooked
Cook pasta per package directions
While the feta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet
Add minced garlic, shrimp, then cook on medium low heat for 12 minutes
Add bagged spinach and squeeze lemon over shrimp and spinach
Mix together and cook for 5 minutes
Add cooked and drained pasta
Add pasta mixture to mixed tomatoes and feta
Mix well and serve
