43 G Protein Creamy Tomato Shrimp Pasta Ingredients - 4 Servings

  • 8 oz feta cheese block

  • 8 oz Banza spaghetti

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 bag 6oz fresh spinach

  • 1 lb cooked peeled and deveined tail off shrimp (you can purchase this in the freezer section at your local grocery store - let thaw in the fridge overnight)

  • 10 oz container cherry tomatoes

  • 1 lemon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Place feta in the center of baking dish

  • Add tomatoes around the feta

  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes, and broil for the last 5 minutes

  • Mix feta and tomatoes together once cooked

  • Cook pasta per package directions

  • While the feta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet

  • Add minced garlic, shrimp, then cook on medium low heat for 12 minutes

  • Add bagged spinach and squeeze lemon over shrimp and spinach

  • Mix together and cook for 5 minutes

  • Add cooked and drained pasta

  • Add pasta mixture to mixed tomatoes and feta

  • Mix well and serve

  • Enjoy!
